Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested for digital courses purchased through https://en.photodestruction.com (the "Website"), operated by Sole Proprietor (FOP) Yevhenii Romanovych Tretiak (the "Provider"). This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. General principle

1.1. Because our products are digital courses delivered with immediate access, refund eligibility depends on the specific Course and the conditions stated below.

1.2. The Customer is encouraged to carefully review the Course description, format, and content scope on the product page before purchase.

1.3. Different Courses may have different refund conditions. The conditions applicable to a specific Course are stated in Section 2 of this Policy.

2. Refund conditions per Course

The following refund conditions apply to each Course offered by the Provider:

LIVE FRAME — Photography Course A full refund is available if requested while Lesson 2 has not yet been opened on the platform. The act of opening Lesson 2 on the platform is considered substantial use of the Course, after which refunds are no longer available. Platform access logs are used to verify whether a lesson has been opened. This applies to both Self-paced and Full Experience packages.
Masterclass by Photodestruction A full refund is available if requested while the masterclass video has not yet been opened on the platform. The act of opening the video on the platform is considered substantial use of the Course, after which refunds are no longer available. Platform access logs are used to verify whether the video has been opened.

3. How to request a refund

3.1. To request a refund, send an email to info@photodestruction.com from the email address used for purchase. Include your order number (provided by Paddle in your purchase confirmation email) and a brief reason for the request.

3.2. Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Processing and fees

4.1. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Where eligible, refunds may be reduced by applicable transaction fees, taxes, or bank charges retained by Paddle or financial intermediaries.

4.2. The Provider does not receive or store full payment card details. All refund disbursements are handled through Paddle's secure systems.

4.3. For billing or technical questions related to a refund, buyers may also contact Paddle Buyer Support via https://paddle.net.

5. When refunds are not available

5.1. Refund requests submitted outside the conditions stated in Section 2 will not be granted, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

5.2. Refunds will not be granted in cases of: (a) violation of the Terms of Service (e.g., sharing of access credentials, redistribution of Course materials); (b) requests submitted from an email address other than the one used for purchase, where identity cannot be verified.

6. EU/UK consumers — right of withdrawal

6.1. By completing the purchase and gaining immediate access to the digital Course content, the Customer expressly consents to the immediate commencement of performance and acknowledges that they waive their statutory right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations.

6.2. The voluntary refund conditions stated in Section 2 of this Policy continue to apply regardless of the waiver above.

7. Changes to this Policy

7.1. The Provider may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The refund conditions in force at the time of purchase apply to that specific purchase. Subsequent changes do not affect already-completed transactions.

7.2. The latest version of this Policy and its effective date are posted on this page.
