The Website is operated by Sole Proprietor (FOP) Yevhenii Romanovych Tretiak (the “Controller”). By using the Website and purchasing our pre-recorded digital courses and downloadable materials, you agree to this Policy.

This Policy applies only to this Website. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to or to services provided by our vendors.

Contact & account data: name, email, (phone if provided), messages you send us.

Order & billing metadata (from Paddle): order ID, products, price/currency, country, tax/VAT info, payment status. We do not store full card numbers.

Device & usage data: IP address, browser/OS, language, pages visited, timestamps, referrers (via cookies/analytics).

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data.
